Sites, buildings, and units in one register
Your whole portfolio in one database. Site → property → unit, including area, status, and the current tenant.
Interactive floor plans
Clickable site and floor plans. Units are color-coded by occupancy — vacant, leased, partly leased. One click opens the unit record.
Lease contracts and rent calculations
A contract can cover multiple units. For each unit you track rent and services (electricity, water, heating, internet, cleaning, security) — fixed fee or billed usage.
Contracts and offers in one click
A lease contract is generated from a Word template directly from app data. You can email a vacant-unit offer as a PDF.
Reminders before something slips
A week before a contract ends, email goes to the manager and the contact person. The dashboard shows ending leases, new tenants, and upcoming inspections.
Bulk notices to tenants
Send an email to tenants of a selected property or site in one click — for example that the utility is planning a power outage. No manual mailing lists.
Documents in the right place
A SharePoint folder is created automatically for each site, tenant, and contract. Nothing gets lost in email.
Connected to Microsoft 365 and PREMIER
It runs in Microsoft 365, which you likely already use. Connected to the PREMIER accounting system — for example for an overview of unpaid invoices.
AI connection via MCP
The app connects to AI through the Model Context Protocol. Ask about the portfolio, contracts, or vacant units in natural language — against live data.
Meter readings in the field
Enter meter readings from a phone right at the unit. No paper and no later retyping — data goes straight into the register.
Android and iPhone apps
The full functionality runs as a mobile app too. Managers get the same overview, contracts, floor plans, and notices on their phone — not only in a desktop browser.
Roles and permissions
Each user sees and edits only what they should. For example, a manager can see all records but change only their own.
